Enzymatic cleaner over detergents in removable biofilm

Enzymatic cleaner: This type of detergent is a neutral detergent with added enzymes. Enzymatic detergents are used to dissolve organic materials and help clean instruments Enzyme solutions dissolve biofilms, which keeps instruments from staining and becoming breeding grounds for bacterial growth. Enzymes are proteins that act as catalysts to break down bioburden and other organic materials. Hence because of cellulose present in Zymokleen the enzymatic cleaner can remove biofilm whereas normal chemical detergent does not remove biofilm, so enzymatic cleaner is preferred over detergents.
