Plasma Steriliser

  • The size of the chamber is 120 liters or more and would be able to sterilize in a cycle at least 4 trays of size 22-24”(D) x 6-8”(W)  x 2-4”(H) in each shelf without stacking the trays.
  • The Sterilizer would be able to sterilize flexible lumen with inside diameter of 1mm and length of 850 mm & 500mm (rigid) respectively. The sterilization claims would be backed by clinical testing.
  • Shelf size would be at least 25X12 inches
  • Avail the mighty penetration ability of Hydrogen Peroxide plasma, produced by RF (radio frequency) generator, in a vacuum state to kill bacteria and viruses.
  • The sterilization cycle time would be between 45 to 65 minutes
  • LCD Touch screen controls with one press start
  • Footswitch door operation and mobile wheels

  • Check disinfection effect with bio-indicating incubator attached on the sterilizer.

  • Automatic heat sealing Machine Safety features
  • By-products are only water and oxygen which are completely safe for patients, staff, and the environment.
  • The sterilization cycle is strictly controlled below 55° C in a dry condition, avoiding damages caused by temperature and humidity changes.
